The collaboration feature of Gandi IDE is super popular in the community. If you're unsure about how to enable it, check out this blog.
How to Setup Realtime Online Collaboration with Friends in Scratch? - Gandi IDE
Gandi IDE provides real-time online collaboration in Scratch editor. You can invite friends to your project, design, code, and debug together.
We've gathered feedback from many creators and made some tweaks to the feature. Here are the latest changes to the collaboration feature.
Invitation link now lasts for 30 days
The invitation link you generate for collaboration will now stay valid for a whole 30 days. If you want to make the previous link useless, just generate a new one.
What's even cooler is that if a creator has already joined a collaboration project, they can still access it through the link, even if it's expired.
Teamwork tag in the project library
In the project library, projects that involve teamwork will now have a shiny new "teamwork" tag. It'll help you quickly find projects that are done together with others.
Collaborative creators display
If you publish a collaborative project, you'll be able to see all the members of your team in the author column.
These are the fresh updates to the collaboration feature. Big thanks to all the community members!
